About the role
The role is part of the Faculty of Brain Sciences Marketing and Communications team. The postholder will lead the marketing function for the Faculty, with responsibility for delivering campaigns and activities that attract and convert top-quality prospective students from around the world. The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with Programme Directors and develop in-depth knowledge of the Faculty and its divisions and institutes. They will lead on paid media and advertising activity to promote key programmes and online and on-campus marketing events including Open Days and conversion events.
About you
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of delivering marketing campaigns and communications plans in a complex, stakeholder environment, ideally in the UK HE sector. You will be experienced in delivering effective cross-channel marketing and CRM campaigns including offline, digital, and social media to generate leads, nurture and convert prospective students. You will have excellent data and analytics skills, interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to be innovative while also being able to prioritise in a busy work environment. The role requires a high level of digital literacy, including digital design tools, digital content creation and CRM tools.
