Job Title: Family Finance Solicitor - Hybrid
Working Hours: Full-time - 35 hours per week: 9:30 am-5:30 pm Monday to Friday

Are you a seasoned Family Finance Solicitor seeking a fresh opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise? Our client a distinguished law firm with an esteemed Family department, are in search of a dynamic and dedicated solicitor to become a valuable addition to their team.
Role Overview:
As part of a Legal 500-ranked Law Firm, you will be tasked with overseeing a caseload of family law files, encompassing divorce, low to medium-net-worth financial matters, private law children's cases, and domestic violence applications. Additionally, this role will involve supporting senior team members in handling intricate, high-value matters, contributing to business development efforts, and fostering a congenial and supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of family law files, addressing various aspects of finance related to relationship breakdowns.
Assist senior team members in navigating complex, high-value matters.
Uphold continuous professional development to sustain excellent technical knowledge.
Demonstrate commitment to maintaining professional, Lexcel, and firm standards.
Attain set goals, including time recording and billing targets.
Cultivate a personal profile and actively contribute to team marketing efforts online and in person.
Skills/Knowledge Requirements:
Three or more years of experience as a family law solicitor with a focus on finance.
Strong team collaboration skills for casework, administration, and business development.
Effective communication with the firm's client group.
Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar and punctuation.
Ability to prioritize, work efficiently under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in marketing, networking, and business development.
Demonstrated adaptability and enthusiasm for learning and skill development.
