My clients are currently seeking a talented and motivated Residential/Commercial Property Solicitor with 5 to 8 years of experience.
Residential / Commercial Property Solicitor Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property matters, offering comprehensive conveyancing services.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on rights of way, restrictive covenants, auction sales/purchases, buy to let, freehold and leasehold transactions, refinances, transfers of equity, lease assignments and extensions, residential property development, plot sales, lease renewals, business renewals, and acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
* Conduct thorough due diligence, draft legal documents, and oversee the smooth progression of transactions, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
* Work closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties to facilitate timely and successful completion of property transactions.
* Utilize your networking and business development skills to nurture existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities for the firm.
* Stay updated on industry trends, changes in legislation, and market conditions related to residential and commercial property law.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting the team's success.
Residential / Commercial Property Solicitor Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor with 5 to 8 years of experience specialising in residential and commercial property matters.
* Extensive knowledge and experience in handling various conveyancing services, including the areas of expertise mentioned above.
* Strong understanding of property law and regulations, with the ability to provide accurate and practical advice to clients.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
* Demonstrated experience in networking and business development, with a track record of generating new business opportunities.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proficient in using relevant legal software and case management systems.
* A collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Ambitious and driven to contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
