Family Law Consultant Solicitor

MUST HAVE 6 YEARS OR PLUS PQE.
CANDITATE WILL BE PAID BASED ON WHAT THEY BILL ON A PERCENTAGE BASIS, NO FIXED SALARY
NEED UP TO 3 REFERENCES
Duties:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients in Family Law matters
- Handle a caseload of Family Law cases, including divorce, child custody, pre and post nuptial agreements and domestic violence
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as petitions, motions, and agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Collaborate with other professionals such as mediators and counselors to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Family Law principles and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide empathetic support during difficult times
