salary between £41,000-£43,925 per annum, depending on experience
NonStop Care is looking for a Senior Practitioner who can join an Adoption Charity with an Outstanding Ofsted rating and an excellent reputation, in the North West London. This is mostly a Home based role, so you will have a lot of flexibility with your schedule.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Practitioner will be part of the Family Finding Service. Your role will involve providing an effective Family Finding service to children with a care plan for adoption.
You will be supporting the day to day running of the Family Finding process and you will also be providing a statutory post adoption service such as assessments for post adoption support.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Senior Social Worker or a Senior Practitioner / Advanced Practitioner and if you have experience in Family Finding and Adoption. You must have a Social Work qualification also.
