You will be joining a settled team with a lot of experience and you will be motivated by cementing your own reputation as a "go-to" person for the area.
You should have very solid client facing skills and be able to handle an advocacy route or also go down a collaborative or mediation line, depending upon the circumstances of each case.
You should be able to demonstrate a willingness for business development and a willingness to work and mentor colleagues and forge your own way forward towards partnership.
