Family Law Solicitor / Senior Solicitor or Associate

Job Description

The team handles various aspects of Family Law, delivering high-quality and timely service to its clients within an expanding department.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE  but the team are open to considering  less experienced solicitors too. The in-coming person should be able to manage cases with minimum of oversight. You will be involved in a variety of Family Law matters including child custody, adoption, divorce, mediation, civil partnerships, and guardianship orders. Experience and a sound knowledge of Court of Session procedures would be highly beneficial.
