Role Overview:
TSR Legal are delighted to be assisting this Legal 500 law firm who are seeking an ambitious applicant in the early stages of their career, making this an ideal opportunity for an experienced paralegal or a newly qualified/up to 3-4 years qualified Solicitor (or Legal Executive equivalent). This role encompasses all aspects of Private Family work, supported by the large and collaborative family team.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a varied caseload of Private Family matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and prenuptial agreements.
- Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
- Collaborating with the family team to ensure comprehensive and effective case management.
- Demonstrating excellent client care skills and exceeding clients' expectations.
- Playing an active role in the marketing and progression of the Family Law department.
Requirements:
- Newly qualified/up to 3-4 years qualified Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive/Paralegal.
- Experience or a strong interest in Private Family Law.
- Excellent client care skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
- Desire to actively contribute to the marketing and progression of the department.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
