Role and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Family Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in the Unmarried Family Finance and Divorce/Finance Team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients in matters related to unmarried family finance and divorce/finance.
- Managing a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.
- Conducting negotiations, mediation, and representing clients in court when necessary.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure comprehensive and cohesive legal strategies.
- Demonstrating leadership qualities by mentoring junior team members and contributing to the team's growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with substantial experience in family law.
- Proven expertise in unmarried family finance and divorce/finance cases.
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
