SalaryA highly regarded law firm, based in Southampton is searching for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the well-established Family Team within its office in Shirley, assisting in all matters related to Divorce and Separation, as well as Family Law matters.
You will be responsible for assisting fee earners that are dealing with a range of family law matters which include:
- Divorce and Separation
- Living Together
- Children
- Pre-Nuptial Agreements
- Domestic Violence
- Civil Partnerships
- Financial Arrangements
Duties will include audio typing, file management, client contact, accounts assistance, administration and diary management.
The ideal candidate will be:
Able to type at 60 WPM +
Good working knowledge of MS Office Products - particularly Word and Outlook
Organised, motivated and with a keen eye for detail
Professional and a friendly attitude
