Key duties to include:
- Audiotyping and document transcription work.
- Maintaining key documents and files.
- Communicating with key clients via email, telephone, and in-person.
- Provide diary keeping assistance for the family team.
- Complete generalised administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of one year's previous Legal Secretary experience.
- Experience working in a family department.
- Accurate and fast typing speed.
- Strong spelling and grammar abilities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- A team player with a hardworking mentality.
