Family Law Legal Secretary

An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our client's family department in Warwick on a permanent basis.
Key duties to include:

• Audiotyping and document transcription work.
• Maintaining key documents and files.
• Communicating with key clients via email, telephone, and in-person.
• Provide diary keeping assistance for the family team.
• Complete generalised administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of one year's previous Legal Secretary experience.
• Experience working in a family department.
• Accurate and fast typing speed.
• Strong spelling and grammar abilities.
• Confidence using Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• A team player with a hardworking mentality.
