Recruitment and Employment Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment and Employment Officer on behalf of our public sector client based in East London.

Previous Recruitment and HR experience is essential for this role, ideally within the public sector.

Key duties include:

• Develop and implement effective HR Recruitment and selection processes and assessments
• Detailed working knowledge of Recruitment and selection procedures, systems and HR, detailed knowledge of the latest developments and best practice in Recruitment and relevant employment legislation
• Experience of working efficiently, effectively and accurately in a complex and busy recruitment/HR setting is needed for this role.

This is an interim opportunity, initially for 3 to 6 months with view for further extension thereafter. The hourly rate is £17.54 per hour PAYE or £21.72 per hour Umbrella.
