5 x 37 hours per week

Based at Shipley Town Hall, hybrid working. 

It is an exciting time to join us at Bradford Children and Families Trust.  Bradford is a City which offers a richness of culture and diversity; it is the fourth largest Metropolitan District in the country and home to a population of 534,300 residents. Bradford Strengthening Families is a new service, supporting vulnerable children, young people and families in crisis and on the edge of care. Your insight and experience will play an essential role in our ability to deliver the highest professional standards – always putting the needs of our children, young people and families at the heart of what we do.   You will deliver intensive support, working with families to ensure measurable and improved outcomes for children and young people, so that families remain together where it is safe to do so. This includes attending multi-agency meetings including child protection conferences and multi-agency risk panels; contributing through case recording to the monitoring of team performance and audit activity; and to the development of the Bradford Strengthening Families Service as a whole.
