Family Secretary

My client, a modern, friendly and fast growing law firm based in Buckinghamshire is looking for an experienced Family Secretary to join their team.
The role
As a Family Secretary you will support the Head of Family with a broad caseload of Family matters. The caseload will include: divorce and financial settlements, separation, cohabitation, children, and nuptial agreements. Duties will be varied and will include preparing legal documents, answering and handling queries over the phone, administration of matters using our case management system.
The ideal candidate must be highly organised, have previously worked in a similar role, be a team player and an excellent communicator.
A legal secretary with experience of Family Law
Touch, audio and digital dictation typing (preferably 60 WPM)
Production of letters and legal documents
General office duties such as photocopying, filing, scanning
Reception support as required
Enjoys working in a fast paced and fun environment
28,000 - 30,000
Full time in the office
(4 days in Chalfont and 1 day in the Stone office)
25 days holiday
