Family Secretary

My client, a modern, friendly and fast growing law firm based in Buckinghamshire is looking for an experienced Family Secretary to join their team. The roleAs a Family Secretary you will support the Head of Family with a broad caseload of Family matters. The caseload will include: divorce and financial settlements, separation, cohabitation, children, and nuptial agreements. Duties will be varied and will include preparing legal documents, answering and handling queries over the phone, administration of matters using our case management system.The ideal candidate must be highly organised, have previously worked in a similar role, be a team player and an excellent communicator.A legal secretary with experience of Family LawTouch, audio and digital dictation typing (preferably 60 WPM)Production of letters and legal documentsGeneral office duties such as photocopying, filing, scanningReception support as requiredEnjoys working in a fast paced and fun environment£28,000 - £30,000 Full time in the office (4 days in Chalfont and 1 day in the Stone office)25 days holidayIf you are genuinely passionate about this area of law, forward-thinking and ready to join a law firm that is fast-paced with a friendly atmosphere, then we would love to hear from you.For more information please contact
