About the Role: As a Family Solicitor, you will: ?? Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases. ?? Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their best interests are always prioritized. ?? Conduct negotiations and attend court hearings to advocate for clients and achieve favorable outcomes. ?? Collaborate closely with colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements: ?? Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 Years PQE in Family Law. ?? Strong knowledge of family law procedures and legislation. ?? Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills. ?? Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and client-focused approach. ?? Experience in handling a diverse caseload and managing client relationships effectively.
