- Management of your own caseload and new enquiries
- Experience across all areas of family law, including: Private Law Children Matters -Divorce - Financial Settlements - Separation - Domestic Violence - Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements - Cohabitee disputes
- Provide comprehensive advice on family law matters
- Take part in networking and Business Development
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Ability to deal with time sensitive matters with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiently able to handle a high volume of cases confidently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You will have drive and demonstrate the ability to produce a high standard of work
- Ability to network and drive your business development
- Have a good academic record; training with a leading national or regional firm is an advantage.
- 3-5 +PQE
