The Client:
Our client is a well-established legal firm, providing clear and practical legal advice in property, family, wills, employment, and litigation and provide a range of commercial services.
The role:
As aFamily Solicitor, you will beIndependently overseeing and handling a caseload within the family team under the directors guidance.
Duties:
* Independently manage a caseload within the family team under the directors guidance.
* Provide guidance to individuals and families on diverse matters.
* Handle intricate and time-sensitive cases with precision.
* Accept and handle new client instructions.
* Conduct legal research to support cases.
* Represent clients in legal proceedings as required.
* Assist and support the Director when necessary.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Solicitor, Lawyer, chartered Legal Executive, or in a similar role.
* Ideally, 3-5 years of Post Qualified Experience (PQE).
* Proficiency in various facets of family law.
* Ability to independently manage caseloads.
* Skilled in personal advocacy.
* Demonstrate business acumen and meet practice targets.
