Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Hand to join our team. As a Farm Hand, you will assist with various tasks related to farm maintenance and animal care. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Duties: - Operate power tools and hand tools to maintain and repair farm equipment - Assist with irrigation and watering of crops - Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm buildings and equipment - Assist with garden maintenance, including planting, weeding, and harvesting - Provide basic animal care, such as feeding and cleaning enclosures - Help with equipment repair and maintenance - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines Experience: - Previous experience working on a farm or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and mechanical equipment - Basic math skills for measuring and mixing feed or fertilizer - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time - Familiarity with animal care practices is a plus Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company If you are a hardworking individual who enjoys working outdoors and has a passion for farming, we encourage you to apply for the Farm Hand position. Pay: £9.50-£12.50 per hour
