Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading wholesale Nursery in their search for Farm Workers to work at their leading agricultural facility in Bronington,Wrexham.
Potential to earn up to £500 per week, based on additional piece work premium!
For successful Farm Workers, our client is offering;
i. £11.44 per hour
ii. Monday – Friday 7.45am - 4.30pm
iii. Ongoing temporary contract. Potential of permanent positions for the right candidate
iv. Excellent bonus structure
v. Overtime rates £17.16 per hour.
vi. Immediate start
The Role of the Farm Workers;
i. Planting out in the field.
ii. Grading and packing.
iii. Processing products ready for distribution.
iv. Lifting out in the field
v. Maintenance
What our client is looking for in a Farm Workers:
i. Physically fit
ii. Motivated.
iii. A team player
iv. Comfortable with getting dirty and working outdoors
v. The ability to work well with your hands and stay on your feet for prolonged periods of time
vi. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
