Fashion Online Marketplace Manager
FTC / Maternity Cover - up to £43k

Salt has partnered with a British retail brand in the retail sector. They are a global leader in the design, marketing and distribution of premium lifestyle products in five categories: apparel, accessories, home, fragrances, and hospitality. In this position, as the Marketplace Manager you will be responsible for overseeing operational set up pre-season, and in-season for the brands product assortment master data publication to marketplace partners/attributes and pricing.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Work with Merchandising partners to develop and agree an assortment strategy that supports brand development goals / financial targets.
- Work with the Marketing Team to support and develop partner platform marketing strategies that support brand / financial targets.
- Oversee Fulfilment KPI's and liaise with Warehouse partners to ensure partner operational KPI's, issue resolutions, identify improvements are road mapped and pursued through to completion.
- Managing, training and developing the Business Development Assistant.
- Participating in developing the business model vision, direction for marketplace experiences.
- Developing assortments that drive consumer engagement and reinforce the brand.
- Monitoring, defining, and designing solutions for ongoing optimization of the brands European marketplace relationships and opportunities across the DTC digital portfolio.
- Executing projects that drive business and consumer benefit for the brands EMEA's marketplace relationships.
- Analyzing competitors and market trends.
To apply for this role:
- 2 full strategic cycles as a Digital Manager in a commercial function.
- Ideally Fashion Marketplace platform trading experience.
- Understanding of full end to end digital consumer journeys/supporting systems and processes.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills - ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
