Responsibilities:
- Bring proactive - achieving & exceeding sales targets & operations budgets
- Driving the quality and consistency of customer service
- Ensuring customer targets are achieved
- Managing the team and resources to build a strong reputation for the brand
- Managing & ordering all stock
