SalaryOur automotive client has a thriving Fast-Fit business in Colchester and they are actively looking to hire a Fast Fit Technician / MOT Tester with an immediate start!
The workshop is fitted out with the latest equipment creating a modern and pleasing environment to work in. Being a well-established site the successful candidate will become a part of their close knit and friendly team!
The role will be completing MOT tests throughout the day as well as carrying out light service work on various makes and models of vehicles that come into the workshop.
Details & Benefits:
- Basic Salary up to £32,000 p.a.
- Bonus Opportunity £100 to 300 per month (target driven).
- Weekday Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.
- Alternate Saturday Rota 8.00am to 4.00pm.
- Working hours: 5 days one week, 6 days the second week with a day off every other week.
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
Requirements of the Role:
- Current VOSA MOT Tester certificate (for MOT Tester role) and a recent experience completing tests.
- A level 2 or level 3 qualification in Vehicle Mechanics.
- A proven track record from within a professional workshop completing servicing, minor and fast-fit repairs.
- Professional appearance and good communication skills.
