Female Adult Complex Care Nurse- Community Based

As an ‘Outstanding’ CQC-rated care provider Thornbury Community Services recruits adult nurses to deliver bespoke care and support to young people enabling them to stabilise at home and achieve personal goals, learn new hobbies and take trips into their local community.

We are looking to recruit Female Adult nurses in Herefordshire with at least 12 months UK-based Complex Care experience to work with a female with an acquired brain injury. Due to the location you must be able to drive

Role requirements

We look for Female Adult nurses with a minimum of 6 months in the last 2 years experience who are passionate, resilient, and highly skilled. To be considered for this role we require recent experience in the following key skills:

• Ventilation via mask
• Care and use of gastrostomy 
• Deep suctioning 
• Chest physio/Percussion/Vibration
• Mechanical cough assist 
• Bowel management
