SalaryWe're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our clients in and around the Grays area.
You'll be providing care and support to a 32 year old female who has previously had a stroke, is double up for moving and handling, likes watching films and occasionally goes to the pub. Individual needs include:
- PEG medication and fluids
- Personal care
- Assistance with meal prep and eating
Working Hours:
Shift patterns are: 7:30am - 1:30pm, 11:30am - 4:30pm and 3:30pm - 8:30pm.
Required weekends and week days, the ideal candidate needs to be flexible for all shifts.
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
