SalaryWe're recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Care Workerto join our Complex Careteam in Wickford, Essex working nights. You'll be part of a team providing care and support to a male child who hasComplex Care needs including Epilepsy, his specific care needs include:
- PEG feed
- Suction
- Oxygen therapy
- Seizure management
- Medication Management and administration
- Personal Care
We are looking for a female carer with previous experience to work Night shifts on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 10pm - 7am.
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.
We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
We believe that home care is a way of improving people's lives and within your role as a Care Worker you will be responsible for helping them to continue living the life they prefer to lead within their own home environment. Previous caring experience is required.
