Min £12.12 per hour (Enhanced bank holiday rate)

Due to the clients preference, we are recruiting for females only.

17 hours per week, worked over 2 days, extra hours may follow and the occasional weekend work may be available.

Who will you be helping to make life better for?

We are currently expanding and looking for care assistants with complex experience and a passion for care. Are you the one? Trust and communication skills are vital. You will be provideing complex care and support to clients in their own homes, with the emphasis being 100% care and improvement to ther quality of life.

Your role will include:

• Experience working with LD/Autism
• Assist with building confidence and independence. Support is required with building routines and maintaining independence with managing/prioritising day to day tasks. Support and prompt with shopping and meeting the needs of her son (support with accessing parenting support groups) alongside the support from external Healthcare Professionals and family members.
• Driver Preferred to support with accessing the community

We're looking for:

• Paid previous experience as a complex care assistant is essential
• Excellent communication skills
• A driver's licence & your own car is essential
• Good professional and personal references
• Experience working with LD/Autism

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
