Job description:
Priority Recruitment is excited to present this opportunity for a Support Worker in the Wythenshawe area, supporting a lovely young girl in her family home. This role can be flexible with hours and shifts that suit you.
- Supporting a young girl with Cerebral Palsy and Scoliosis
- Peg feeding and peg medication
- General domestic duties
- Food preparation
- Accompanying to appointments and doing the school run - Some driving is required.
- Hoisting and supporting a wheelchair user
- Full personal care and toileting
- Keeping the client engaged - her likes include reading, TV and her sensory room
- Medication administration
Note: All needs will vary daily, and the personal assistant’s duties and tasks will fluctuate accordingly.

The Successful applicant must:
- Ideally a driver but not essential to the role
- Have more than 2 years of experience as a Support Worker/HCA
- Have an understanding and experience supporting individuals with complex care needs
- Be a fun and loving member of staff
