- A fantastic family run company is looking for a Female Support Worker to work with 2 service users who have Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Epilepsy, Complex needs and Mental Health conditions in Southampton
The role of a Female Support Worker
- Looking after 2 service users in their 20’s in a house and in the community. Companionship is a big part of the role. You will be supporting them with their interests and hobbies.
- Help in the community to encourage independence.
- Relaxed environment, no timescales.
- Prompting and assisting with personal care.
- Domestic assistance around the home such as preparing and sharing meals together.
- Driving a mobility car when required.
- A full time permanent contract of up to 36hours is on offer.
- Shifts 7:30am-7.30pm
- Competitive rate of £12.00 per hour
- Amazing training and the option for fully funded qualifications.

About you
Working as a Female Support Worker takes resilience and patience to build up relationships with the people you care for.
