Thera East has an exciting opportunity available for aFemale Support Workerto join an established team in Billericay. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of GBP11.30 per hour.

About the Female Support Worker role:

As a valued Support Worker with Thera East you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will be working in Billericay in a shared supported living house with 4 individuals with different support needs who love shopping, going out for lunch, cinema, going out to their social clubs, and going to the pub .This is an exciting opportunity to have a varied working week and opportunities to use a variety of skills you already have or would like to develop for career progression.

What we're looking for in our Female Support Worker:

• Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
• No previous experience or qualifications required, Free, Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided
• Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, with a high level of motivation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional
• Keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems
• Desire to embrace our values and vision and have fun!
