Field Application Engineer

Do you have an understanding of embedded software products? IC Resources is seeking a hands-on Field Application Engineer to join our client's team. They're looking to hire a senior FAE to support their pre-sales function and take ownership in the growth of their customer relationships. Their customers are across all industries, with the majority of their projects being in leading markets such as Aerospace & Defence, Space, Security and Automotive! This role requires expert knowledge of embedded software including, C/C++, Software test tools, IDEs and Functional/Security safety standards (e.g. IEC 61508, ISO 26262).

On-site in Wirral.

Requirements:

• Relevant technical degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
• Excellent embedded software knowledge.
• A good understanding of the Software test tools ecosystem with functional safety or security experience is a major advantage.
• A problem solver who can support customers both technically and commercially.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
