Radis Community Care have an exciting opportunity for a Field Supervisor (Drivers Only) to join our team based in Coventry
You will need to be a driver with your own transport (car, motorcycle, moped, E-Bike etc) - the work is not suited to non-drivers
Shifts are: 15:00-23:00pm
About the role
As a Field Supervisor you will complete assessments of every potential service user prior to a support plan being prepared. You will be supporting and supervising Care / Support Workers in performing their daily duties in providing care services. The role will require you to liaise with external professionals to assess the needs of the people we support and review the services we provide.
The role will require you to participate in a rotational on-call system and to perform duties of a Care / Support Worker when required.

Skills and Qualifications required for the role
The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care working towards Level 3. You will have the ability to set and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all areas of work. You will have good written and verbal commination skills with the ability to engage with staff, service users and outside agencies in a professional manner.
This role requires you to undergo an enhanced DBS check. A driving licence with access to a vehicle will also be required for the role.
