AddressBrightwork's client is currently looking to recruit a Regional Pump Engineer who will service and maintain pumps, hoses and generators to a high standard on a regional basis, where and when required within a given area.
Responsibilities
To diagnose faults and repair/ maintain a variety of pumps, hoses and generators both on and off site
Check and tag all equipment and update service records
Maintain an up to date knowledge of products and full range of accessories
Completion of all test certificates and associated paperwork
Adhering to all Health and Safety rules and report all incidents/accidents.
Keep workshop and vehicle (where provided) organised, clean and tidy and assist with general workshop duties as and when required.
Experience
Experience in pumps, hoses and generators is essential
CITB/NVQ qualification is preferable
Driving licence essential
Flexible attitude to suit changing needs of the region
Fitting abilities and problem-solving skills.
Hours - Monday to Friday 07:30-16:30
Call out - 1 in 3 weeks
Travel and overnight stays will be required, travel time will be paid with the exception of the first and last 30 minutes (total 1 hour) of the day.
