We are only accepting applicants who hold a valid UK drivers’ licence at this time.
Full time hours are 8.30am – 17.00 Monday to Friday.
Part time hours are also available and would typically and min of 20 hours per week with flexible working.
What will I be doing?
As a Field Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for growing business in both our established heartland and new expansion areas. Targeting cities, towns, and rural communities, you'll travel throughout East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire, engaging residents or businesses, educating them about KCOM's services, and signing them up on one of our great packages.
More specifically, the key elements of your role will include;
- Field work in KCOMs original licensed areas/ full fibre expansion areas reaching out to potential new customers
- Manage contact to completion ensuring all company policies and regulatory requirements are met
- Good team player skills are essential with track record of achieving sales targets
- Ensure clear contact plans to ensure customer contact levels are high
- Develop and manage relationships with external and internal customers
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Diligently follow up on all sales activity
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities - especially managing personal time and productivity when in the field
What do I need to do this job?
You will have excellent customer service skills and be confident speaking to people in a face-to-face environment.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a target driven environment, highly motivated, resilient, and thriving on outperforming targets
You will also need to have to have your own transport but will be able to claim back all business mileage.
