About the role.
As a driven Sales Professional deeply passionate about Digital Construction, you are dedicated to making a substantial difference in the construction sector. With a forward-looking mindset, your goal is to surpass £100K in earnings within three years, achieved through diligent effort, strategic sales tactics, and steadfast integrity. Your unwavering pursuit of excellence, coupled with a profound comprehension of the digital evolution in construction, makes you the perfect candidate to propel growth and provide exceptional value to the clients, all while maintaining the utmost ethical standards.
Responsibilities.
- Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential business customers and prospects, aiming to bolster pipeline growth and establish rapport with key executives in both existing and new accounts.
- Concentrate on cultivating new business opportunities in newly identified accounts (approximately 80%), while also overseeing some aspects of business development within our existing client base (approximately 20%), particularly focusing on information management solutions and services within the contractor market.
- Elevate your professional and Majenta's profile through active engagement on social media platforms like LinkedIn and attendance at industry trade shows, sometimes outside regular business hours, to maximize networking opportunities.
- Enhance the company's reputation as an industry authority by collaborating with the marketing team to generate insightful blogs and write-ups focused on industry trends and solutions, driving campaigns aimed at acquiring new clients.
- Develop into a trusted advisor within client and prospect accounts, gaining an in-depth understanding of their business processes to identify needs and propose tailored enterprise solutions that yield tangible ROI and positive business outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of forecasts, customer interactions, and prospect information within our Salesforce.com CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to craft comprehensive proposals and effectively articulate them to senior stakeholders within client organizations through professionally prepared presentations.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Possesses a degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Design, Engineering, or Manufacturing disciplines.
- Exhibits confidence and persuasiveness, driven by a strong desire for success.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Digital Construction is advantageous.
- Demonstrates a robust background in solution-oriented enterprise software sales.
- Boasts a proven track record in cultivating new business and establishing new accounts.
- Thrives in a sales-oriented environment, finding motivation in achieving targets.
- Confidently builds strategic relationships at executive and senior management levels, while adeptly engaging with departmental groups.
- Possesses the necessary skills to comprehend business processes and articulate the business and financial value of new solutions to companies.
