We have a fantastic opportunity for a Field Sales Executive with one of our clients who are based in North Yorkshire. They are a well-established manufacturing company who are forward-thinking, innovative, and customer focused and have an outstanding reputation across the UK.
We are recruiting for a newly created role due to customer growth and demand. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for a specific territory in the South of England, managing locations from Birmingham to Cornwall, including London. The role involves a hybrid approach, spending 2 weeks based at head office in North Yorkshire and 1 week on the road visiting clients and exploring potential partnerships.
Our client offers career development, to be part of a friendly and collaborative team, there is in addition a commission structure based on active and new business growth.
If you have experience as a Field Sales agent and enjoy nurturing key accounts, relationships and delivering a consultative service this could be fantastic career development for you. This is a sales role, and you must have sales experience within a B2B capacity to be considered for this position.

Key responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with the active customer base through telephone, virtual outreach, and face-to-face visits.
- Identify opportunities to increase business
- Identify new business opportunities, create a strategic regional growth plan, and establish contact with decision-makers, delivering quarterly results.
- Gain a quick understanding product offer
- Provide clear, accurate, and prompt performance reports.
Skills and Experience:
- Sales and business development experience in a product-based role.
- Preferable; experience in a previous face-to-face sales role.
- Proven track record in generating new business leads by telephone and face-to-face visits.
- Preferred knowledge of Southern territories or experience in a Field Sales-based role
- Strong desire for success and the ability to grow an active portfolio by demonstrating outreach abilities and creating a strong pipeline of new business.
- Self-disciplined with full personal responsibility for own performance.
- Open communicator with people at all levels, possessing strong influencing, relationship-building, and networking skills.
