Field Sales Representative - Red Bull

Red Bull UK and Acosta Europe are looking for Field Sales Representatives (known as Strikers to Red Bull) to join our team based across the UK.
Acosta Europe is an exceptional business that cares about its people. We are part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world and are currently seeking a a Field Sales Representative (Striker) to represent our partner Red Bull to drive brand awareness and sales of their products.

Role Details:
Salary: £25,000
Bonus: 15 % Performance Related Bonus
Equipment Provided: Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
PERFORMANCE
* Be the face of our client, Red Bull, forging unbreakable relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory
* Visit independent retailers or major stores in your territory on a regular call cycle
* Meet daily/weekly distribution, availability, and visibility targets
* Use an entrepreneurial mindset to manage and drive the success of your territory
* Negotiate increased space and maintain incremental displays
* Breathe creativity into marketing initiatives with in-store execution and Point of Sale (POS)
COMPLIANCE
* Conduct audits to ensure promotional activity complies with the approved brief, and complete interventions, where necessary, to maintain compliance
* Ensure correct execution of all new product launches
* Feedback recommendations for the improvement of key promotional activity
DATA RECORDING AND REPORTING
* Ensure all response data is recorded accurately
* Take high quality photos of activity completed with concise descriptions
INSIGHT
* Provide insightful and actionable feedback on market intelligence/competitor activity
* Keep abreast of trends, news and information concerning the channel in which you are working
TECHNICAL
* Analyse, understand and utilise intervention data to drive actions
* Utilise sales data, case studies and other material supplied to pre-sell upcoming activity to gain incremental stock orders and displays
ADMINISTRATION
* Manage your journey plans in line with our briefing process
* Ensure point of sale and promotional material is available in sufficient quantities to meet customer’s needs
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
* Experience within FMCG, retail or a sales environment is preferred. We will consider applications from motivated individuals with experience from other sectors.
* Be enthusiastic about the Red Bull brand and have the drive and tenacity to succeed.
* Be comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills along with strong interpersonal skills, including rapport building and influencing
