Role Purpose Provide leadership & personal development of your sales team to ensure all commercial targets are achieved in line with the Free Trade Strategy. Key Accountabilities · Deliver growth in volume, margin & value ensuring OBV remains the key priority. · Full management of their regional P&L. · Build capability within their sales team, both collectively & individually. · Ensure account retention plan & new business targets are all achieved. · Communicate Free Trade directives ensuring they are understood & actioned at a local level. · Build a clear commercial plan for their team that aligns itself fully to the company’s strategy · Implement the brand plan ensuring all regional opportunities are identified & delivered upon. · Provide 1-2-1 coaching & development through regular contact & days in trade · Instill the core business values throughout their team. · Create an environment that provides clear communication which empowers your team to succeed.
