Field Sales Representative - Germany

WSR are recruiting for an English & German speaking Retail Field Sales Representative to join the team for our Global client based in Germany
Location: Hamburg Office (remote working)

Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Company Car 

Role Overview:
Our client provides dynamic retail experiences and pioneering productivity solutions that enhance the business operations of their clients.  They consistently refine their capabilities and reinvest in their business to offer higher performing solutions for brands and retailers. They are now looking to recruit a talented Key Account Manager to join their team.
As a Field Sales Representative you will have overall responsibility for the support, as well as the long-term sales and profit development of the assigned target and existing customers. The focus here is exclusively on independent retailers. The aim is to open up new opportunities and potential with products and services and increase the market penetration. In doing so, it is important to ensure that the best business decisions are made for both the customer and our Client that adhere to legal frameworks..

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customers at store level

• Establishing and maintaining a network of relationships with "lighthouse retailers" at various organizational levels

• Professional preparation and execution of sales presentations

• Preparation and timely communication of project proposals, offers, reports and meeting reports to customers in cooperation with sales support (if available)

• Overview of all invoices, products, services and sales prices sent to assigned customers

• Agreeing on project plans with the client and ensuring that an order is received from the client at each stage of the project before providing any service

• Proactively communicate with other internal offices, departments, and team members

• Preparation and annual update of our strategic business plans for the assigned client area

• Preparation and adjustment of quarterly sales forecasts as part of the forecast processes

• Preparation of a bi-weekly report to the Country Manager detailing the most important activities and priorities (opportunities and risks / customer information / financial data)

• Gathering and Sharing Competitive Information

• Participation and representation at trade fairs, exhibitions and congresses

• Installation and follow-up of test installations
