I am looking to recruit for a Field Sales Specialist to join a dynamic sales team. This role involves promoting and presenting a growing product range, visiting practices, hospitals/clinics. The successful candidate will be a brand ambassador, working closely with the sales team to grow our business in the UK market.

Day to Day of the role of the Field Sales specialist:

• Independently work in the field, supporting Regional Sales Managers and Field Sales Consultants through co-travel and direct influence during field visits.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the product range through detailed presentations.
• Manage and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and develop new local champions.
• Select customers for evaluation feedback on products and attend local & national dental events.
• Deliver sales processes and customer interactions to increase sales share in the endodontic category.
• Track sales performance in line with individual plans and targeted activity.
• Develop tools to identify turnover potentials and improve sales call procedures.
• Involve in new product launches and implement product integration tactics through team interactions.
• Deliver assessments, comparisons of sales approaches, and share best practices.
• Cooperate with Special Markets and Multi Practice teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Provide market intelligence support to the leadership team.

Required Skills & Qualifications for the Field Sales specialist:

• Sales background with knowledge of medical industry
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate complex business ideas and strategies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Driven, self-motivated, extroverted, warm, enthusiastic, and empathetic.
• Relationship-focused with a passion for establishing new relationships.
• Proactive and positive under pressure.
