Field Sales Specialist

I am looking to recruit for a Field Sales Specialist to join a dynamic sales team. This role involves promoting and presenting a growing product range, visiting practices, hospitals/clinics. The successful candidate will be a brand ambassador, working closely with the sales team to grow our business in the UK market.
Day to Day of the role of the Field Sales specialist:
- Independently work in the field, supporting Regional Sales Managers and Field Sales Consultants through co-travel and direct influence during field visits.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the product range through detailed presentations.
- Manage and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and develop new local champions.
- Select customers for evaluation feedback on products and attend local & national dental events.
- Deliver sales processes and customer interactions to increase sales share in the endodontic category.
- Track sales performance in line with individual plans and targeted activity.
- Develop tools to identify turnover potentials and improve sales call procedures.
- Involve in new product launches and implement product integration tactics through team interactions.
- Deliver assessments, comparisons of sales approaches, and share best practices.
- Cooperate with Special Markets and Multi Practice teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
- Provide market intelligence support to the leadership team.
