Our client is a highly reputable business based in the heart of London near Covent Garden. Due to growth they are looking to recruit a Sponsorship and Partnership Manager into their progressive team, to be responsible for developing and managing all commercial partnerships and sponsorships that help deliver the organisation's strategic objectives. This is a unique opportunity, offering a balanced work environment with 50% office-based presence.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Identify and develop new commercial Sponsorship and Partnership opportunities, working closely with internal teams for campaigns and events.
- Ensure that our Sponsorship and Partnerships align with strategic objectives
- Develop and present compelling proposals outlining the benefits of sponsorship.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure contractual obligations are met
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Events team involved in the delivery of any activity resulting from sponsorship commitments
- Manage existing sponsorships and ensure a clear renewal plan.
- Work alongside the Head of Business Development to create and deliver sponsorship strategy and identify new partnerships
- Proficiency in identifying, negotiating, and managing Sponsorship and Partnership agreements.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple partnership activations and ensure successful execution.
- Proficiency in negotiating beneficial sponsorship agreements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
