Field Sales Services Engineer

This role is Monday to Friday 8:30- 17:30

Hybrid car/Laptop and phone allowance included

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair Photocopiers machinery and equipment at customer sites
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
- Train customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Document all service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment in the industry
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
