Well established, successful service department with lots of contracts that will give you lots of leads.
This Service department can offer customers one stop shop Service Contracts across combustion, refrigeration, air conditioning, renewables and ventilation.
THE ROLE
- To try and renew existing and win new service contracts for a range of commercial HVAC equipment.
- The customer focus will be commercial end users and FM companies.
- Variety in the role will be gained by doing site surveys where no two sites are the same to establish their service requirements.
- Although a significant amounts of leads will be provided, there will also be an element of new business.
THE PERSON
- Someone with knowledge of two of the following: Commercial Heating, Chillers, Air Handling Units, Splits and VRF.
- Awareness of the service contracts markets and the different players involved.
- Good communicator with a hard working and honest outlook.
THE PACKAGE
Basic to £52K potentially more depending on experience
Bonus to £6K potentially more depending on performance
Good company car (BMW 330e/ Tesla level) / opt out.
