Do you want to work for a Leading National Fire Safety Business? We are recruiting an experienced Field Service Engineer to join the team to cover the East of Glasgow and North of Edinburgh Regions. You will be based in or around these locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Works efficiently and productively to meet Preventive Maintenance schedule for customers in the allocated regional area.
- Responds to emergency call outs and unscheduled work as they arise, attending sites in the most efficient and cost-effective way while meeting customer’s Service Level Agreement
- Completes service worksheets and all company documents, comprehensively in line with company policies and procedures.
- Pro actively feeds back on-site issues, non-compliances and additional work possibilities to the Field Services Manager.
- Provides excellent customer service when responding to customers.
- Attends follow-up visits - to ensure remedial work is completed within Service Level Agreement timescales specific to customer.
- Maximises on-site remedial works and opportunities.
- Supports other departments to complete installation works on time, where required.
- Builds strong, professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal personnel form other departments.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role in the Fire Safety Field. You must have Fire Alarm Maintenance Experience You should also live in commuting distance to cover East of Glasgow and North of Edinburgh Regions to be considered for this role.
