THE ROLE

The Corporate & Commercial Team is highly regarded and provides advice across a wide range of business sectors.

Clients include individuals and SMEs through to major financial institutions and household names.

They advise on the full remit of legal issues which affect businesses during their lifecycle including in respect of the following practice areas:
* company, limited liability partnership and partnership formations and company secretarial services
* commercial contracts (e. supply of goods/services agreements and IT agreements)
* corporate governance & regulation (e. advice regarding the Companies Act)
* banking & finance
* corporate transactions (e. share/business sales/purchases and investments)

ABOUT YOU

A Commercial Solicitor looking for the opportunity for immediate exposure to high quality work from day one and excellent opportunities for career progression.

The ideal candidate will be 2-3pqe+ and have gained experience in commercial contracts work at either a City or leading regional practice. Candidates should be commercially focussed and pragmatic in their approach. The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service is also essential.
