Having built a welcoming and supportive culture, many people have been at this firm since they were a paralegal or trainee and progressed their way through into partnership. With a great reputation locally, as well as throughout the south this client provides their lawyers with good, varied work, which is stimulating.
The Corporate & Commercial Partner is well-established in the South East and they are looking to hire an enthusiastic junior lawyer to work directly with this well-respected individual on a range of transactions. Including but not limited to:

- Company Secretarial
- Directors Service Contracts
- Mergers and Buy Outs
- Business Asset Sales and Purchases
- Shares Purchase and Sales
- Commercial Agreements
- Partnership Deeds

- Transfer of Undertakings
- Banking and Security Documents
- Licensing
- Copyright
- Shareholder Agreements
The successful candidate will have proven experience working in Corporate and Commercial law.
