Our client, a highly regarded and rapidly growing Legal 500 law firm, is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join their successful Corporate & Commercial Team.
The Tier 2 Corporate & Commercial Team offers expertise across multiple practise areas. They handle a wide range of legal issues, including company formations, commercial contracts, corporate governance, banking and finance, and corporate transactions. Our client's diverse clientele includes household brand names and major financial institutions.
As a Commercial Solicitor/Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on high-quality matters from day one. This role offers excellent career progression prospects and exposure to a variety of challenging assignments.
We are looking for a candidate who is 2-3 years qualified (or above) and has previous experience in commercial contracts work at either a city or leading regional practise. The ideal candidate should be commercially focused and pragmatic in their approach. Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to delivering excellent client service are also essential qualities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on a range of commercial contracts and legal issues affecting businesses.
- Assisting with company formations, corporate transactions, and corporate governance matters.
- Conducting legal research and staying up to date with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with colleagues within the Commercial Team to provide comprehensive and strategic legal advice.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 2-3 years of experience in commercial contracts work.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
