JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: Circa 2-4 PQE
LOCATION: Hampshire
SALARY: Circa £45,000 plus
The Role:
Working within a well-established firm with an excellent reputation, you will be handling a busy caseload of high quality Commercial Property transactions with minimal supervision. You will collaborate closely with team members to ensure high standards of work are maintained, and support will be given to develop and enhance your skill set where required. This role will also give the opportunity to play a key role in the business development activities of the team, developing the Commercial Property client base and contributing to the ongoing success of the department.
The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor with circa 2-4 years PQE in Commercial Property law from a reputable law firm. Applications are also welcomed from those with a mixed residential and Commercial Property background.
You will possess a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team and will have exceptional organisational and time management skills. You will have confidence in your ability to contribute to the growth and development of the Commercial Property team and will be excited about the opportunity to build your career within the firm.
