Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a local authority, based in Hampshire, which is in need of a CommercialProperty Lawyer to join their team.

ROLE: Commercial Property Lawyer

LOCATION: Hampshire (REMOTE will need to collect equipment on the first day)

RATE: Negotiable - £35-£40ph

CONTRACT: 3 month ongoing

The responsibilities of the Commercial Property Lawyer role:

• Handle a broad range of Commercial Property law matters brought to the council


• Matters will include, but are not limited to:


• Sales and purchases of commercial premises which could be freehold or leasehold, as well as some right to buy sales.


• General advice on restrictive covenants, old loans, legal charges, consents for restrictions on old sales and boundaries

The Person:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with sound experience in Commercial Property Law


• Commercial Property Law experience within the Public Sector is desirable


• Someone who can work individually and as part of a team
